Why SOAR?
This micro-credential program trains how to lead and facilitate SOAR engagements and to help others experience the value of: Sharing Intent, Owning Impact, Affirming Alignment, and Restoring Relationship in the midst of JEDI+ (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and more) tensions.
SOAR is designed to open eyes, ears, hearts and minds to an energy system that ultimately transforms negative tensions into decipherable realities, allowing powerful engagement and collaboration to occur.
